The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce."

LiLo's Secret

Lindsay Lohan secretly shot a movie before going to jail. She plays a gun-toting Marilyn Monroe look-a-like in "Underground Comedy Movie 2010". The film is being directed by Vince the Sham Wow Guy. The two met at the Cannes Film Fest in May. A shot of Lindsay wearing her SCRAM bracelet around her ankle will be included in the film.

• Billy Bob's wedding present to Angelina was a white rat named Fat Harry.

Movieweb.com claims Mel Gibson and producer Joel Silver are in talks to do Lethal Weapon 5. A source says, "They're talking again. Mel probably needs Joel, not to mention Lethal Weapon now more than ever, so I wouldn't at all be surprised if it comes off this time. And it could be a good move, that's a mighty big brand name - it probably would help Gibson, professionally-speaking. I'm not in on those conversations though - so I don't know how they're progressing. You're getting this third-hand". Mel Gibson's ex, Oksana Grigorieva, may do Dancing With the Stars. A source says, "Oksana has left on the table a potential appearance on Dancing With The Stars. It would have given her a lot of money, not violated the gag order and promoted her as a talented musician, all while softening her public image in front of more than 40 million viewers each week.”

Dennis Rodman is ok after being involved in a rollover wreck. He was traveling along I-95 in Miami when a tire on his Range Rover blew out. His SUV flipped three times. He walked away with only a scratch on his finger.
