Medical students in Taiwan are being buried alive in coffins to help them appreciate the value of life. The students write a will, dress in a funeral shroud, climb into a coffin and then are buried under floorboards for 10 minutes. Rende Medical College student Xiao Lin says, "I felt like I was reborn when I came out and now I know that every second counts in life."

Medical students in Taiwan are being buried alive in coffins to help them appreciate the value of life.
