The National Enquirer claims Robert Downey Jr. was recently injured on the set of the new Sherlock Holmes movie. A source says he and Jude Law were riding through the streets of London in a horsedrawn buggy when Jude jerked up on his whip handle just as Downey leaned down. The handle banged Downey in the eye. “The cast and crew came running as Downey howled, filming halted while medics nursed his eye with ice bags — and Jude kept whining apologies. Hours later, medics determined the swelling had subsided, so after a bit of makeup magic — the scene was reshot.”

Baby Daddy?
Jude Law wants supermodel Sam Burke to take a paternity test so he can be sure he fathered her daughter, Sophia. A source says, “Jude is still very cautious about Sam and Sophia. Until he is 100 per cent certain she is his daughter he is only communicating through lawyers. If he is the father he will meet his obligations to the child. He’s hoping for an early chance to establish that he is genuinely her dad.”
