New Ink

Godsmack's Sully Erna is sporting a new facial tattoo. He got a little crescent moon inked along side the star tattoo that has been on his cheek for years.

Mood Music

Sully Erna says his new CD, Avalon, is a mood setter. "It is very eclectic and intellectual. It is something that you will want to put on when you're in the mood to lie on your couch, dim the lights, and light all your candles and incense. Just vibe out to this hypnotic variety of music, and enjoy the pictures that will be painted in your mind."

Surprise Guests

Camp Freddy was performing at the X-Games/ESPN party when they brought out Godsmack's Sully Erna to cover Led Zeppelin, Alice in Chains and the Sex Pistols. Billy Corgan then came out and covered "Every Rose Has Its Thorn".

Solo release

Godsmack's Sully Erna is going to release his solo CD, Avalon, on September 14th. He says, "It's somewhat of a rock record, but it's not really a rock record. It's very eclectic and it's very spiritual and it's very hypnotic and primitive. It'll be interesting to see how the public reacts to it. But all in all, people I have played it for so far have been honestly blown away by it."

Wedding Bells for Sully

Godsmack's Sully Erna says he is getting married. "As some of you may or may not know, I have recently gotten engaged to the love of my life, Jennifer Cabezon. After eight years of being together and living through the ups and downs of life, we have finally reached a place where we've decided to spend our lives together as husband and wife."
