On Long Island, New York, a 61-year-old former lifeguard is suing because, he says, he was fired for refusing to take his annual swimming test in a SPEEDO. He says, quote, "There should be a law prohibiting anyone over the age of 50 from wearing a Speedo," so he refused to wear it during his test. A girl in Finksburg, Maryland suffered burns to her arms and eyes on her thirteenth birthday on Tuesday night, when her cake EXPLODED. The fire marshal believes that her family somehow confused birthday candles with fireworks. Her mother and father also suffered burns, but everyone is in good condition. Read more HERE
