McRib: The TRUTH!

Do You Really Want to Know What's Inside of a McRib?
It's that time of year again: The McRib magically reappears at McDonald's for a few weeks . . . only to be snatched away before Thanksgiving.
So here's a dilemma. Do you want to enjoy your few weeks of eating McRibs in blissful ignorance . . . or do you want to go behind the curtain and hear what the actual ingredients are?
If you don't want to know, stop reading . . . NOW.

--Chemicals. There are about 70 ingredients involved . . . 34 of which are in the bun. Most of those are chemicals used for who knows what. But one is azodicarbonamide, which bleaches flour and is also used to make gym mats.

--Pig scraps. The McRib is assembled from pieces of pig like the heart and stomach. Those are cooked together and blended into a substance that IS pig . . . at least technically.

--Lots of salt. Salt is used for flavoring . . . and to extract proteins from the meat which help basically GLUE the stray pig parts together.

--No bones at all. You'll never have to worry about finding a rib bone or any other bone in your McRib . . . just because it's pressed to LOOK like ribs doesn't mean there are actually any ribs inside.

Ketchup aficionados. Ketchup purists. Well here's the PERFECT Christmas gift for that ketchup snob in your life. Heinz is about to roll out DESIGNER KETCHUP. It's called Heinz Tomato Ketchup Blended with Balsamic Vinegar, and it'll be for sale on the Heinz Facebook page, at facebook.com/HeinzKetchup, on Monday, November 14th. Sweet n Spicy DREAMS!

It's Not an Old Wives' Tale . . . Eating Junk Food Before Bed Causes Nightmares!
This REALLY sounds like an old wives' tale parents tell kids to keep them from eating cookies right before bedtime . . . but actual scientific research has proven it's TRUE. Several studies have found that eating JUNK FOOD or SPICY FOOD before you go to bed makes you more likely to have NIGHTMARES. Here's why. Spicy foods crank up the body's temperature. And junk food can trigger increased brain waves. In both cases, you're requiring your brain to work . . . rather than letting it shut down a little bit as you sleep. When your brain's that active, it can cause nightmares. Now you know. Read more HERE

Fast Food thats NOT in America

--KFC's Krushers. In Germany, Australia, South Africa, and other countries, KFC serves thick milkshakes called Krushers. They have flavors like mango, strawberry, and Kit Kat, and they look REALLY good.

--Burger King's Trio Supremo. In Brazil, BK serves a combo of onion rings, chicken nuggets, AND fries smothered in cheese and bacon bits. It's an absolute mystery how this hasn't made it to the U.S.
