A 20 year old Hooters waitress in Michigan was recently told to slim down. The woman is 5' 8'' tall and weights 132lbs. According to the Center for Disease Control's website & their BMI (body mass indicator) calculator, the is well within the healthy weight range for her height. the Hooters issued uniforms come in sizes small, x-small and x-x-small. She was told in her yearly review that her dimensions were not acceptable even though she comfortably wears a size x-small uniform. Now she is pursuing legal action.
