Toddler Served Alcohol at Restaurant: MyFoxORLANDO.com

Earlier this week, a huge story broke about a 15-month-old at Applebee's who was accidentally given a MARGARITA instead of apple juice in his sippy cup. And now, ANOTHER story has broken about a child at a chain restaurant getting served alcohol. In Lakeland, Florida, a two-and-a-half-year-old was served wine in his plastic cup at an Olive Garden. The boy's name is Nikolai. He was with his mother, Jill Van Heest, and asked for an orange juice. The server brought him a child's plastic cup, and Nikolai drank most of it. Then the server came back and took it away. Jill says the server told her, quote, "'There's been a mistake, I need to get you a new one' and [then he] took the glass and kind of scurried away." When he brought back a new drink, Jill asked him what was in the old one and he admitted it was Tropical Sangria which Olive Garden makes out of orange juice, pineapple juice, and wine. He apologized profusely, as did the manager. Meanwhile, Nikolai started getting visibly drunk, so Jill took him to the hospital. Doctors gave him an I.V. and within a couple of hours he was fine. The hospital hasn't released his blood-alcohol level. Olive Garden says they're investigating how it happened. Jill says she's contacted an attorney, but so far, there's no lawsuit on the table.

Dr. James Grifo, a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the NYU Langone Medical Center, says if a woman is most fertile on the 14th and conceives, the baby's due date would be November 7th. "But many people go a little bit past their due date meaning a mom-to-be could deliver on 11/11/11."

OK! magazine claims Jessica Simpson is telling her friends she wants to have Billy Corgan's kids. A source says, “Since things got serious in November (after flirting at a party in L.A.), she’s telling her friends that she wants to have his children. Not right this second, but eventually. She’s fallen for his personality, charm and mellow, artistic style.” The source adds, “He’s a brilliant man but a hard guy to constantly be around. It’s going to be very interesting to see how much of his personality and attitude she might take on.”

It is official! Hugh Hefner’s former girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett are expecting! Kendra confirmed the news to E! by saying, “Hank and I are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We are touched by the outpouring of support by our family, friends and fans.” The couple is set to marry June 27th at the Playboy mansion. Originally Hef was going to give Kendra away but that has since changed and now her brother will handle the honors. Kendra’s new show Kendra just aired for the first time last Sunday on E!. Viewers got to see Wilkinson getting settled into her new home away from the mansion. Now we will get to see how Kendra handles pregnancy.
