Phil-In
PETA wants the organizers of Pennsylvania's Groundhog Day Festival to replace Punxsutawney Phil with a robotic stand-in. William Deeley, president of the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club, says the animal is "being treated better than the average child in Pennsylvania."
