Toe Sucker Gets Off

A registered sex offender/foot fetishist who this month tricked a teenager into allowing him to suck her toe inside a Walmart in Georgia will not be charged in connection with the icky encounter. Investigators with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office have concluded that a possible battery case against Joey Leaphart, 43, was “unfounded”. The woman told officers that he approached her claiming to be a representative of the “America’s Funniest Home Videos” TV show and offered to pay for her purchases if she agreed to cooperate with a “prank.” Which included photographing her foot, then he asked to kiss it and eventually said “Don’t worry, I don’t bite,” before sucking her toe and finishing with “Oh, it tasted so good though,” before running from the Walmart in Grovetown. The creeper escaped arrest because he “made physical content” with the “consent” of the 18 year old victim.

Blunderbuss+

There may be more solo tracks from Jack White headed our way. The ex-White Stripes frontman says that while making his debut solo album, Blunderbuss, he recorded a large number of tracks that may surface someday. “I recorded maybe 25 songs [during the Blunderbuss sessions],” White tells the U.K.’s MSN Music in a video interview. “I’m still working on the other ones and these ones that came out on Blunderbuss were just the ones that seemed to fit together right now.” White added that he was “surprised” that Blunderbuss did so well, scoring the #1 spot on the U.K. album chart and his first #1 album on the Billboard 200 album chart its first week out. “It’s always shocking to me…because I have no idea exactly what people want to hear or what they’d like to know about or what they can relate to,” notes the singer. “I just can try and do the best of what I think is interesting or…means something to me.”

Win a Honda from Linkin Park

In accordance with the Honda Civic Tour tradition, Linkin Park has customized and autographed a one-of-a-kind Honda Civic Si Coupe and a CBR250R Motorcycle, which will travel with them from city to city for the upcoming trek. Fans who register at HondaCivicTour.com will get the chance to win the vehicles, as well as an exclusive fly-away trip to Los Angeles, where they'll receive signed instruments from Linkin Park and visit the guys on the set during a music video shoot. “The idea for the customization on the car was to take something based on the artwork from our new album, Living Things,” said multi-instrumentalist Mike Shinoda. “The 3-D figure you see on the album cover is actually a scan of Chester’s head breaking apart and fracturing, with fire underneath. The car and motorcycle have a similar look. The motorcycle makes me want to ride motorcycles. It kind of has a superhero look.” Fans can register for the contest from now until November 30, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. ET. The grand prize will be awarded sometime before December 31, 2013. Linkin Park will kick off their co-headlining tour with Incubus on August 11 at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA. 8/17 Camden NJ

We've now made it possible for you to be there in spirit.” Fans who pre-order the stream now for $14.95 at EventViewLive.com will get access to “Slipknot Saturdays,” which features videos of exclusive performances from the band as well as behind-the-scenes footage documenting Slipknot’s journey to the festival. “Slipknot Saturdays” begin on July 14 and will continue each Saturday until the first day of Knotfest. Slipknot taking "Baby Steps"

For months now, members of Slipknot have expressed different opinions about the band’s plans to make their first album without late bassist Paul Gray, who died in 2010. Frontman Corey Taylor says that while the band will definitely make a new album, they’re not sure exactly when they’ll begin the recording process. “We're just taking baby steps and trying to do it right,” Taylor tells the Phoenix New Times. “Not rush into anything, and just get to a point where we're ready to make music without Paul. Which is going to be really hard, but we need to go down that road and…just coming together as a family again for it to be right." Taylor added he felt that guitarist and Slipknot founding member Donnie Steele was the right choice to fill in for Gray during their current Rockstar Mayhem Festival dates with Slayer and Motörhead. “It just makes sense to have someone from the family come in and pick up, help us pick up the pieces,” explains the singer. “But I don't see us ever replacing Paul. There's no replacing. But for now, Donnie is doing a great job and he's been helping us carry on.”

"You're a lie" nearly Slashed from album

There’s no denying that Slash’s single, “You’re a Lie,” is a hit, but the irony is the song was almost cut from the track list from his second solo album, Apocalyptic Love. “The original version of [‘You’re a Lie’] had a different chorus and we never felt one hundred percent comfortable with it and so when we were in pre-production, the song was really on the chopping block,” Slash tells ABC News Radio. “I came up with a different idea for the guitar part for the chorus and…Myles [Kennedy] came up with a whole different vocal and changed the song completely and all of the sudden it made it.” Slash noted that he plans to make another solo album with his backing band, Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, just as soon as singer Myles Kennedy finishes working on a new album with his other band, Alter Bridge. “Alter Bridge is Myles’s band so I don’t want to interrupt that,” Slash explains. “I don’t want to cause any friction, so as soon as there’s a time that seems right I’ll probably be writing material all throughout next year and when the time is right we’ll go in and get another record done.”

According to IMDb.com, the film takes place in feudal China and is about “a blacksmith who makes weapons for a small village [that] is put in the position where he must defend himself and his fellow villagers.” In addition to RZA, The Man with the Iron Fists also stars Russell Crowe, Lucy Liu, Jamie Chung and Pam Grier.
