Londoner Keith Macdonald may be the world's biggest deadbeat dad. He is unemployed, has 10 children, and is expecting four more kids. Keith got his two new girlfriends pregnant, is having another baby with an ex and a fourth woman he impregnated is having twins. Keith has met most of his girlfriends at bus stops and only pays $10 a month in child support for each child. By the time all of Keith's children turn 16 London taxpayers will have doled out more than $2 million to support them.
