The producers of the Carnival of Madness Tour have announced the lineup for this year’s event. Evanescence, Chevelle, Halestorm and New Medicine will take the stage for the third installment of the annual tour, which kicks off on July 31 at the Prairie Capital Convention Center in Springfield, IL. The two-month trek will make stops in Boston, Atlanta, El Paso and Chicago, among other cities.
“We're really looking forward to the Carnival of Madness tour this summer,” said Evanescence frontwoman Amy Lee in a statement. “We love Chevelle and haven't hit the road together in years, and I'm really stoked to finally be playing some shows with Halestorm. Naturally I'm a fan of strong women in music and [frontwoman] Lzzy[Hale]'s voice is spectacular.”
Pre-sale tickets for the event will be available for Carnival of Madness fan club members on Wednesday, while artist fan club pre-sales will begin on Thursday. Tickets will be available to the general public on June 1.
