Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong has signed on to play the lead role in the Broadway version of American Idiot. He will play St Jimmy for eight performances from September 28th to October 3rd. During the show, he will perform 'Homecoming', 'Last Night On Earth', 'Know Your Enemy' and 'St Jimmy'.
