Mmm Mmm GOOD!
Mark Zable has invented a way to deep fry beer. The Texan says the suds are placed inside a pretzel-like dough before being dunked in oil for 20 seconds at 375 degrees. Mark's deep-fried beer will be officially unveiled at the Texas state fair later this month. Five pieces will sell for $5. The Texas Alcoholic Commission has already ruled that people must be over 21 to try the fried beer. Mark says, "Nobody has been able to fry a liquid before. It tastes like you took a bite of hot pretzel dough and then took a drink of beer."
