What's better than Snakes on a Plane?

Ever since the phenomenon that was "Snakes on a Plane" back in 2006, everyone's been wondering when the next "Snakes on a Plane" will come along. Well, it might not be much longer. There's an Australian flick in the works called "Bait 3D". We'll let star XAVIER SAMUEL explain the premise . . . quote, "It's about a bunch of people trapped in a supermarket that's flooded. "There also happens to be sharks in the water. It's like 'Snakes on a Plane' but with sharks in a supermarket." He adds, quote, "When I read it, I thought it was a great farce and this hilarious scenario. I was like, 'This has to be fun to do.' It was great. I was wielding a pump-action shotgun at a mechanical shark and thinking, 'This has nothing to do with acting at all.' I had a blast." The movie will hit theaters in Australia in September. There's no word on a U.S. release. This movie sounds awesome. There's only one thing that would make it even MORE PERFECT: The filmmakers must change the title to "Sharks in a Supermarket". NOW!

Depp Cameo

"Entertainment Weekly" says that JOHNNY DEPP will indeed do an uncredited cameo in the upcoming "21 Jump Street" movie. "Jump Street" was a show about a police unit of impossibly young-looking undercover cops who specialized in youth crime. It ran from 1987 to 1991. It was one of Johnny's breakthrough roles. He was on the show from '87 to 1990. The movie was co-written by "Superbad" star JONAH HILL, who stars alongside CHANNING TATUM and JAMES FRANCO'S younger brother DAVE.

Name Change

A Small City in Pennsylvania Is Changing Its Name to a Brand of Fruit Juice for a Movie About How There's Too Much Advertisingin America. MORGAN SPURLOCK, the guy who pigged out on McDonald's for the movie "Supersize Me", has a new movie coming out called "POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold". The movie is about how there's too much advertising in America. And the irony is that POM Wonderful is a juice company, and they paid to be the movie's official sponsor. And that's not all. Spurlock is paying a small city in Central Pennsylvania called Altoona to change its name to POM Wonderful for 60 days. They're going to use the money to benefit their police department. The name change will take place on April 27th, the same day the film screens in the city.

Toddler Served Alcohol at Restaurant: MyFoxORLANDO.com

Earlier this week, a huge story broke about a 15-month-old at Applebee's who was accidentally given a MARGARITA instead of apple juice in his sippy cup. And now, ANOTHER story has broken about a child at a chain restaurant getting served alcohol. In Lakeland, Florida, a two-and-a-half-year-old was served wine in his plastic cup at an Olive Garden. The boy's name is Nikolai. He was with his mother, Jill Van Heest, and asked for an orange juice. The server brought him a child's plastic cup, and Nikolai drank most of it. Then the server came back and took it away. Jill says the server told her, quote, "'There's been a mistake, I need to get you a new one' and [then he] took the glass and kind of scurried away." When he brought back a new drink, Jill asked him what was in the old one and he admitted it was Tropical Sangria which Olive Garden makes out of orange juice, pineapple juice, and wine. He apologized profusely, as did the manager. Meanwhile, Nikolai started getting visibly drunk, so Jill took him to the hospital. Doctors gave him an I.V. and within a couple of hours he was fine. The hospital hasn't released his blood-alcohol level. Olive Garden says they're investigating how it happened. Jill says she's contacted an attorney, but so far, there's no lawsuit on the table.

Lynsey in "Serious Talks" to play V. Gotti

LINDSAY LOHAN is in serious talks to play VICTORIA GOTTI in the movie, "Gotti: Three Generations". JOHN TRAVOLTA is starring as JOHN GOTTI, the former head of the Gambino crime family who became known as the Teflon Don, because the feds had so much trouble making charges against him stick.(they eventually did, though, and Gotti died in prison in 2002.) JOE PESCI is playing Gotti's right-hand man, Angelo Ruggiero. And Travolta's own daughter, Ella Bleu, has an unspecified role. Everyone seems to think casting Lindsay would be a good idea . . . including Victoria herself. She says, quote, "I think she's incredible. I think she's a great actress. I think she can do . . . any role, really." Travolta adds, quote, "I've always thought she was gorgeous and talented and filled with a lot of depth. So, I think that whatever she would like to do would be great with me."

Take it off!

Ashley says she did it to let people know she's not a little Disney kid anymore . . . quote, "I'm 25, almost 26, but people think of me as much younger because I look young. "Being in this shoot was me saying, 'I'm not just the young girl everybody thinks I am. I'm actually a woman.'" But she still got her parents' permission before taking her clothes off. She says, quote, "I've always wanted to be sure my parents approve of what I do. "Even with my tattoos, my mom went with me. The 'believe' tattoo is because my mom always told me to believe." On the other hand, Kaley . . . (Whom you would know from "The Big Bang Theory" and "Hop") . . . is going to let her nude picture be a surprise to her parents. She says, quote, "I have not told my family about this, and I'll tell you why: Until they see the photos, they won't understand. "When I told my mom about the shoot, I left out the part about taking my clothes off. I was way more excited than I ever thought I would be. Which made me realize, I'm more comfortable in my own skin than I thought." (Allure)

Down Under Over the Top Fees

At this point, we all know that anything you buy in a store you can find online for cheaper. But there are certain things you can do in a store you can't do online, like actually hold something in your hand and see how it looks. In Australia, stores have noticed that customers are trying to beat the system: They come in, try on a bunch of stuff, don't buy any of it, and go home, where they presumably buy the clothes online. So some stores there have actually started charging DRESSING ROOM FEES. And that's exactly what it sounds like: You pay a fee to try stuff on. If you end up buying from the store, they refund your fee. If you don't end up buying, then they keep your fee. Ski shops are leading the way. They actually charge a $50 fee to try on ski boots. If you buy them, they take that money off the price of the boots. If you don't, you're out 50 bucks. So far, there's no sign these fees could make their way over here.

The Hangover Too

On Friday afternoon, Taylor Dill-Reese of Oak Park, Michigan was with her family having an early dinner at Applebee's. She ordered an apple juice for her 15-month-old son and the server brought it to him in a sippy cup. The kid drank out of the cup, then started acting strange. Taylor took a sip and figured out why, her 15-month-old wasn't served apple juice, he was served a MARGARITA. No one at her table was drinking alcohol and we can't imagine that Applebee's regularly serves alcohol in sippy cups, so it's pretty hard to figure out how this accident happened. Taylor took her son to the hospital where his blood-alcohol level was a .10, which is obviously over the legal limit for an ADULT, and potentially dangerous for a toddler. Fortunately, her son is OK. There's no word on whether she plans to sue . . . yet. Applebee's issued an apology said it was, quote, "unacceptable" and told Taylor they plan to investigate with local law enforcement how the hell this happened.

Cutting room floor

Remember when MEL GIBSON was supposed to shoot a cameo for "The Hangover Part 2" as a Bangkok tattoo artist but members of the cast and crew raised such a stink that they replaced him with LIAM NEESON? Well, it turns out that Liam Neeson isn't in the finished film, either. Neeson did film the scene, but for some reason, director Todd Phillips decided he needed to re-shoot it. By that time, Liam was busy filming the "Clash of the Titans" sequel. So he re-shot it with NICK CASSAVETES as the tattoo artist. If that name doesn't ring a bell, Cassevetes directed "John Q", "Alpha Dog" and "The Notebook". Phillips says, quote, "We were in a complete time crunch, so I called up Nick and asked if he would do the part. He came in and crushed it, and that is the scene that you will ultimately see in the film. It turned out great." There's no word why the scene needed to be re-shot.

Either CHARLIE SHEEN'S live shows are wildly inconsistent, or his audiences are. Because Charlie laid another egg on Friday night at New York's Radio City Music Hall inspiring more jeering, booing and walking out on the part of the audience. But there was very little of that at his show Saturday night in Connecticut. Then he absolutely KILLED IT at his second Radio City show last night. Charlie ended the show about 30 minutes early, telling the audience, quote, "You're the best audience in the world most of you. I love you New York. Good night. Thank you." Nobody booed Charlie in Connecticut on Saturday. He did start losing fans about 30 minutes in but then he won over those who stayed. In fact, the audience was chanting "(Eff) NYC" as they left the theater. Charlie even called it his best show so far. Last night was Charlie's second New York City show, and pretty much all the reports we've gotten so far say Charlie brought the house down. He was much livelier, he interacted with the crowd more and they were more receptive to him. He even kind of apologized for the previous show, saying, quote, "I don't even think I was here Friday night."

CHARLIE SHEEN thought he had figured out how to stop his audience members from insulting him. It didn't work . . . and it's pretty obvious why. Beginning Friday night at Radio City Music Hall in New York, Charlie had a "No Heckling" sign in the lobby. Obviously, NOBODY took it seriously. In fact, given the reaction Charlie got that night, it's possible the sign made people harass him MORE. One reviewer noted that people, quote, "read the sign, pointed at the sign, laughed at the sign, posed for pictures with the sign, and then, promptly, ignored the sign. After all they were there to see Charlie Sheen." When Charlie performed at Radio City again last night, the sign was nowhere to be found.
