Six Carson City, Nevada middle school girls were arrested on Wednesday for participating in a Facebook event called “Attack a Teacher Day.” The students posted threats aimed at specific teachers using wording like, “I'm attacking (teacher's name),” and “Down with (teacher's name).” The attack was scheduled for today between 7 and 9 a.m.. The students were confronted by school deans and ultimately arrested and taken to juvenile detention. The girls have been suspended even though they classified the threat as a joke.

No Joke!
