Shinedown fans will soon be able to experience more than just music from the band’s new album, Amaryllis. The band has announced that they'll release a 75-page interactive ebook for their upcoming release.
Titled FOR YOUR SAKE: Inside the Making of Shinedown’s Amaryllis, the ebook will feature previously unreleased photos of the band as well as video interviews and commentary from frontman Brent Smith.
“With so many people getting their music digitally these days, they don’t always get to enjoy the full experience that you get by exploring physical CDs or vinyl albums,” Smith told Mashable.com. “I remember picking up Soundgarden’s Superunknown. For me, it’s a perfect example of an album that does an amazing job at connecting the artwork and packaging to the actual music.”
FOR YOUR SAKE: Inside the Making of Shinedown’s Amaryllis will run you $5.99 and will be released on March 27, the same day that Amaryllis is set to hit stores.
